How do I get started?

Download Morning Ritual from the App Store, choose your life goal (Fitness, Productivity, Creativity, Wellness, or Parenting), select your preferred routine duration, and press play. Voice guidance will walk you through every step.

What subscription plans are available?

Morning Ritual offers Monthly and Yearly subscription plans. The yearly plan includes a discount compared to the monthly rate. Both are billed through the Apple App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Morning Ritual → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf — all billing is managed by Apple.

How do I request a refund?

Since payments are processed by Apple, refund requests must go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Is my data private?

100% private. All your data (routines, mood entries, streaks, progress) is stored locally on your iPhone. We don't have servers, accounts, or analytics. Nothing leaves your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I lost my streak / progress. Can you recover it?

Because all data is stored on your device, we cannot recover lost data. If you deleted and reinstalled the App, your progress resets. We recommend enabling iCloud Backup on your iPhone to protect your data. We're working on adding iCloud sync in a future update.

Can I change my goal or routine?

Yes! You can change your goal and routine duration at any time from the app settings. Your streak and points carry over regardless of which routine you're doing.

How does voice guidance work?

Morning Ritual includes professional voice coaching that guides you through each step — breathing cues, meditation prompts, exercise instructions, and more. You can toggle voice guidance on/off in Settings, or mute it inline during a routine.

What are the achievement tiers?

Morning Ritual has 6 tiers based on your streak: Bronze (0–6 days), Silver (7–13), Gold (14–29), Platinum (30–59), Diamond (60–99), and Centurion (100+ days). Each tier celebrates your consistency and commitment.

The App is not working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, (2) Restart the App, (3) Restart your iPhone. If the issue persists, email us at support@morningritual.app with a description of the problem and your iOS version.

Is Morning Ritual available on Android?

Currently, Morning Ritual is available exclusively on iPhone (iOS). We may consider other platforms in the future based on demand.

Is this medical advice?

No. Morning Ritual is a wellness and lifestyle app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new routine, especially if you have health concerns. If you feel pain or discomfort during any exercise, stop immediately.

Open Settings

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Tap your Apple ID at the top of the Settings screen.

Tap Subscriptions to see all your active and expired subscriptions.

Select Morning Ritual

Find and tap Morning Ritual. Here you can switch plans, view your next billing date, or cancel.
